CJSC “Akfen” was established November 13th 2003 in Moscow as a construction company. Since 2011 CJSC “Akfen” provides building services as a project manager-developer. “Akfen” Construction Company is a member of non-profit partnership “Association of Builders-Engineers”.

At the moment the company’s priority directive is construction work in the Kaliningrad region. Beside the construction of residential houses in 2006, the company conducted a large-scale construction in the territory of the fishing port.

CJSC “Akfen” is one of the largest and fastest growing construction companies. “Akfen” has its own industrial complex, which includes subsidiaries, such as a window & door factory, a modern concrete plant with road transport for delivery and a large fleet of construction and lifting equipment. Thanks to the dedicated and motivated work carried out by CJSC “Akfen”, projects are implemented and completed precisely as scheduled.
